Overview

The Create Button feature allows you to add interactive buttons to your content. These buttons can link to internal pages, external websites, or specific content sections within your site.

Step-by-Step Button Creation Workflow

Step 1: Enter Button Title

1. Click in the Title field (marked with red asterisk indicating required)
2. Enter descriptive text for your button (e.g., "Subscribe Button")
3. This text will be used to help find the button in the admin portal

Step 2: Configure Link Destination

URL Field Setup

1. Click in the URL field (marked with red asterisk indicating required)
2. Begin typing to enter your destination:
   • For external links: Start with https:// (e.g., https://parallelpublicworks.com)
   • For internal links: Type content titles or node paths

URL Field Auto-suggestions

• As you type, the system may provide autocomplete suggestions
• The help text below the field explains available options for internal and external links

Step 3: Set Link Text

1. Navigate to the Link text field
2. Enter descriptive text (e.g., "Visit site")
3. This text will be displayed on the button and provides accessibility information and may be used for screen readers
4. Keep this text clear and descriptive of the link's purpose

Step 4: Choose Button Color
