What is considered Media?

Media refers to the documents, images, and videos that are added directly to web site pages and Accordion tabs. Media items receive a name, and can be duplicated in multiple places throughout the site.

Adding Media

There are two ways to add media items: from the Content Tab or directly through one of the relevant page types. If it's a media item you are uploading from your computer for the first time, it will be considered a "New Media Item". If it is a media item that is already the system, it is called an "Existing Media Item".

Adding New Media- From Content Tab

If you don't yet know exactly where or on how many pages you want to add your media, but want to get it in the system, you can add it in the backend where you'll be able to find and add it as "existing" media later.

Adding New and Existing Media - to Pages and Accordion Tabs

New and Existing Media items can be added directly on the page that you are working on, or directly to Accordion Tabs.

On most page types there are two main sections where media can be added.

  1. Under Resources/Accordion Tabs
  2. Under Quick Links (which appear on the righthand sidebar of the page)

To add the media to any of these sections, click the "Add new media item" or "Add Existing Media" button on the page.
