"Text" blocks hold paragraph content. Text block can be used on singular pages or site-wide. This can be useful for displaying a piece of content that needs to be prevalent on several pages and may need to be updated regularly.
Adding a new Text
- To add a new Text, visit the Content Tab.
- Next, click the "+Add content" button, and then choose the "Text" content type.
- Fill out the page fields as described below:
- TITLE: Add title for the text block. This will not appear on the site but is useful to quickly find the text block in the system. For example, if you are adding a text block for an about page, title it “About - txt”
- TEXT: Add the article content to the text section. This is a rich text section and can include additional images, links, bullets, etc. as needed.
- Once these fields are all filled out, hit the "Save" button at the top of the page to save the page.
Editing Text
- To find an existing Text to edit, visit the Content Tab and search for the page that contained the text block.
- Once you have found your page, click on the title, and then click Edit, and then find your text block on the page and click edit.
- Make the changes you want on the Text, and then click "Save".
